What we do

We paint and decorate across the borough: Ealing, Acton, Hanwell, Southall, Greenford, Northolt, Perivale and the neighbourhoods around them.

Inside, that means walls, ceilings, woodwork, halls and staircases, wallpapering, and treating mould and stains before repainting. Outside, it covers masonry, render, brick, exterior woodwork, fences, gates and railings. We also repaint between tenancies and paint communal areas, offices and shops. How pricing works

1. Instant Quote. You answer questions about the rooms or surfaces, their condition and the finish you want, and you can add photos. You see an indicative price range straight away.
2. Review. A decorator looks at your answers and photos.
3. Fixed quote. The decorator gives you a fixed written quote setting out the work and the preparation included. Some jobs need a short video call or a site visit first, and we will tell you when that is the case.

The online range is a guide, not a quote. It lets you see whether a job fits your budget before anyone visits. You can start with the Instant Quote or look at typical prices.

What we will and will not promise

• No pressure. A quote is information to help you decide. You are under no obligation to go ahead.
• No false precision. We will not present the online range as a fixed price. The fixed quote comes after a decorator has reviewed the job.
• A visit when it is needed. If a job cannot be priced properly without seeing it, we will say so rather than guess.
• Honesty about what is not decorating. If a job needs a specialist first, for example for structural cracks, failed render, rotten window frames or an old textured ceiling that should be tested for asbestos, we will tell you.
• No surprise extras. If the work turns out to need more than was agreed once it has started, the decorator will explain why and agree any change with you before doing it.

Paint and materials

Paint can be supplied by the decorator, using trade-quality products, or you can supply your own if you have a particular brand or colour in mind. Either way, colours and finishes are agreed before the work starts, so there is no guesswork on the first day.
